Practice Prompt #2
2/Experiment holding two things simultaneously. For example: your wish to sit in meditation and the way your back aches, or your mind resists practice. Bring both powers to the cushion and just be. Feel what arises. You can practice this with anything, but particularly with a pattern you are trying to change, such as meditation, healthy eating, language precision… Find what you want to work on this month and try this exercise at least 3-4 times.
