Practice Prompt #1
How do you scatter your energy? Do you do this through taking on too much, a lot of negative self-talk, fidgeting, spewing emotions, worry? Or do you scatter yourself by being too many different people in too many places? This month, pick one thing to pay attention to. For some of us, this will be taking a breath into our center when we notice our pattern of worrying. For someone else it will be noticing if we act radically differently around friends then we do at work. Just notice. Pay attention. Breathe.
