Practice Prompt #2
2/Is there a part of yourself you have been avoiding? Sit in stillness and breathe. Find your center. Call all your parts to you: hope, fear, shame, anger, delight, strength, flexibility, joy, impatience, sloth… Breathe with these parts, particularly the parts or part that you have the most trouble acknowledging. Just allow yourself to be and breathe, all parts together for once. Do this for at least 5 minutes. End by intoning “I am.”
